How a lesson runs
Lessons alternate between teaching a topic and practising exam questions that use IB command terms — "explain", "evaluate", "show that" — because knowing what each one demands is worth marks on every paper.
Every lesson is live on video with a real tutor, in a classroom that opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. Lessons are never recorded, and learners under 18 need a parent’s permission before their first booking. What parents should know

Starting rates, exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added in addition. Group rates are for classmates from the same school and class. The exact rate for a subject is confirmed on your account before you book, and nothing is charged until a lesson is booked.

IB tutoring: common questions
Can a tutor help with the IB internal assessment?
A tutor can explain the criteria and help your child plan and understand the topic. The IA must be your child’s own work, as IB academic integrity rules require.
Do you teach both SL and HL?
Yes, in maths, the sciences and economics.
Do you teach MYP and PYP students too?
Yes. For younger students, lessons support the school’s units while building core maths and literacy skills.
